Get your heart pumping and your muscles moving with any one of our fitness classes. At Keuka, we provide an assortment of fun and results-oriented group exercise classes that cover all the essentials of total fitness and wellness. Classes are free and open to all students, faculty, and staff.
Zumba® – It’s a fitness party!! Zumba® is a fusion of Latin-inspired music and easy to follow dance moves that create a dynamic fitness class.
Yoga – Develop and maintain your physical fitness, and expand your
overall flexibility and strength, while also sculpting your muscles. Yoga is a great way to release stress, balance the body/mind, and create more energy. No experience or flexibility needed!
Tai Chi – Start your day feeling energized, yet relaxed, as you learn to generate, circulate, and be moved by your body’s natural flow of vital energy. This ancient healing regimen combines circular movements with coordinated breathing to stimulate the nervous system, promote blood circulation, and improve muscular efficiency and joint action. This class will strengthen your sense of inner calm, present moment awareness, alignment and balance.
Boot Camp – High intensity class, utilizing plyometric exercises, intervals, and core strength training. This is a great workout!
